Book into Session
Choose the right session for you or your family members and book online.ย
Arrive at least 15mins prior to your booked session time to ensure you are ready to get out onto the water when the session starts.
If you have any questions about choosing theย right session or the process please feel free to call our team on 1300 500 261.
RFID Wristband
When you arrive at the park for your first time, you will need to purchase a re-usable WakeHouse wristband ($7-$10) and we will link it to your account.ย
These wristbands are like your key to the cableway system holding your ticket and tracking your laps during your session.ย
If you break or lose your RFID band you will need to purchase a replacement to gain access to the cableway. Keep it safe and do not bend or twist the RFID chip.
Safety & Equipment
On your first visit you will need to watch the safety briefing video before heading out on the water. It is a good idea to arrive approximately 20mins prior to your session commencing so you have plenty of time to prepare and enjoy yourself out on the water.
Scan & Go
Scanning your wristband on the dock checks you into your session and tracks your laps at Wake House. Please feel free to ask our staff for any tips or tricks, we love seeing you having fun out on the water too!
Don’t forget to keep your wristband – when you want to visit us again, book a session online in your account and then you can bypass reception and simply head straight down to the dock and start your wakeboard session!
