Park Overview

The cableway itself is a little over 400ms long with 6 carriers traveling in a clockwise direction. 10metre high towers give our park a lot of tension so if you can do an airtrick or two, you will love it here. Our features include 2 custom designed kickers, Sam de Hann designed feature staircase/bank rail & Dom Hernler feature transfer by Shape Obstacles, a Flatbar pro and Ollie Triangles by Unit and a custom built pipe rail.

WakeHouse is the hub of the community in Andergrove Lakes and since 2019 is operated by husband and wife team, Dan and Amanda Probert.

Location & Getting Here

Located on Poco Place in Andergrove Lakes, Mackay QLD 4740. Mackay is only a 1 hour 20 minute direct flight north from Brisbane or a 1 hour 45 minute drive south from Whitsunday Coast Airport/Airlie Beach.

Flights currently operate from all Australian capital cities via Brisbane.
Bonza airlines fly direct to Mackay from Melbourne, Sunshine Coast and Cairns on a weekly basis.

Great activity for kids!

Fun for kids of any age. Great exercise when you want to get the kids out of the house. Can do in most kinds of weather (they're wet anyway!) and the cafe does the best hot chips!

We love Wakehouse Mackay

We love going to Wakehouse Mackay ! Always a great vibe, sitting back and watching the riders. Good food, good coffee, clean facilities.

Our daughter recently tried Grom Squad and the young guys teaching the kids were excellent. Spoke so well with the parents and the kids and were patient and encouraging to them.

One of our favorite places to go in Mackay - great atmosphere, amazing staff and HEAPs of fun! It's really worth scheduling a brunch or a few arvo drinks at the Wakehouse.
